Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared and shipped from Montréal, Canada. Please allow 1–5 business days for order preparation before shipping, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Café La Chouette is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
